Katerina holds a BSc Hons in Physiotherapy from the University of Western Greece and attended a MSc course in Manual Therapy in 2015 in the U.K. She specialises in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy and has gained a broad spectrum of experience working in top private practices across Greece, London and Dubai. She has also worked with international organisations such as, Athens 2011 Paralympics, the IAAF World Athletics and the Para-Athletics Championships London 2017.
Katerina takes a holistic approach to individuals’ conditions, listening to their concerns in order to provide a tailored treatment and to empower them with knowledge. She has special interest in assessment and management of persistent neck and back pain, lower and upper limb dysfunction, and sports injuries, alongside strength and conditioning based rehabilitation. She is also a qualified Clinical Pilates Instructor.
